Informal launch event to introduce the space includes performances and sets by: Georgina Starr (on-line podcast), Matthew Stone (DJ set), a special film selected by Marc-Camille Chaimowicz, Tai Shani & Nathan Parker (performance /installation), Rabbit (live set), Nina Silvert’s Milk & Ramon Salgado-Touzon (multi-media live set), The Readers singing Marquis de Sade, Joey Lewis (installation), The Department for the Ladies’ Well-Being (SCUM manifesto induction and male submission), Belly Dancing by Alexandra Unger, asian snacks, fashion photography with Juan Trujillo, Nikolas Ventorakif, visits from the Russellettes + more.

The monolithic 1912 Police Station, on the same street as New Cross Station, has been converted into 30 artist studios, 2 independent project spaces, a radio station, and a series of atmospheric spaces full of potential for self-funded projects and events in the Old Police Gym/gallery, The Edwardian Interview Room, Snooker Room, Booking Office, Prison Cells and Operations Yard.
