The Spike Surplus Scheme’s 10th anniversary sees the second of the summer’s monthly open days showcasing the scheme’s activities. Again there will be an outside stage with local bands that rehearse and record on site including Monkey Rush, Kaya, Opaque, Daisy, Excentral Tempest and more t.b.c. Expect home grown healthy food and drink, games for kids short and tall, healing, permaculture demonstrations, puppetry, art and much more on the beautiful site and community garden.

    Just seen you on Sunday Life on BBC1. Never heard of you before and was touched and impressed by what you have done and are doing. I’d like to come along sometime and find out more. Do you hae another open day planned soon?
